The Borneo Exhibition Group WA Inc (BEG) was founded in Perth, Western Australia
in 2003 by current Chairperson, Ryan Rowland. There are many other people that
work within and for BEG to add value to the organisation and it's activities. In
recognition of these people, we would like to take the opportunity to thank them for
their contributions to the ongoing education and associated programs to increase
awareness of the Sandakan Story.

Non Meston: Senior Vice Chairperson BEG WA Inc
The Artist and Painter responsible for the
production of her distinguished painting of the
Death March. The original work of art can be
viewed along with the travelling exhibition, and is
showcased here on our website as our title banner.
It was dedicated in memory of Non's father Alwyn
CADWGAN, who died on the second death march
out of Sandakan's 8 Mile Camp.
Our photo shows Non with an enlarged version of
the postcard hanging in the Pavilion at the
Kundasung Memorial Gardens in Mt.Kinabalu,
Sabah (27 April 2009). This postcard can be
purchased by interested parties, details are on our
Merchandise page.
